📦 RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns for any orders, domestic or international.


🔄 EXCHANGE POLICY (India Only)

You can request an exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify, you must provide:

     1. Unboxing Video + Photos

  • Must be recorded from start to end without any cuts.
  • Send via WhatsApp or Email.

      2. Original Packaging

  • Box, accessories, and product must be unused and in original condition.

      3. Valid Reasons for Exchange

  • Size issue
  • Shoe defect
  • NMES machine not working
  • Missing items in the box

📮 EXCHANGE PROCESS (India)

If you meet the eligibility criteria:

Step 1:

Send the shoes to our warehouse address (will be provided during the exchange request).

Step 2:

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will dispatch the replacement pair from our factory.

Courier Charges:

  • If product is defective or machine is non-working:
    → 3WOKN will pay the courier charges.
  • If size issue:
    → Customer must pay both-way courier fees.
    (Please choose the size carefully while ordering.)

🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For customers outside India:
No Return
No Exchange
Please check size & details before ordering.


🚫 ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch from our factory.
After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.


💰 REFUND POLICY

We do not provide refunds in the form of money, points, or coupons.
However, if any unavoidable condition occurs from our side and you face any issue, we will make sure to provide the best possible resolution for your satisfaction.
