Warranty Covers

  • One-Time Claim Only
    Warranty can be claimed once within the 6-month warranty period.
  • Manufacturing Defects (Shoes)
    If your shoes have any manufacturing defect, we will repair them within 6 months.
  • Therapeutic Remote Hardware Issue
    If your NMES/therapeutic remote has a hardware problem, we will replace it within 6 months.
  • No Stimulation / No Massage Issue
    If your device is functioning but you do not feel stimulation inside the shoes, we will repair it within 6 months.
  • Post-Warranty Service
    Any issue after 6 months will be serviced with additional charges, depending on the situation.
  • Mandatory Documents
    To claim warranty, you must keep your:
    • Purchase Invoice
    • Warranty Card

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or rough handling.
  • Normal wear & tear such as fading, scratches, or sole wear.
  • Exposure to water, fire, chemicals, or improper storage.
  • Repairs or alterations done by unauthorized persons.
  • Warranty claims made without the original invoice or warranty card.
